Your accounting firm wants to draft legal documents with Instaclause, but you still have some unanswered questions. We would like to help you! That's why we bundled some frequently asked questions in a handy FAQ.

• How long does it take to install Instaclause's software tool?

  Instaclause is a cloud solution, so no IT installation is required. From the moment you have chosen a formula and signed the agreement, you will receive your login within 24 hours. With this login, you can get started right away. No specific training is required: our system is intuitive and self-explanatory. Would you like additional training? We will be happy to provide it! If specific links with a management system or for digital signatures are required at the start, we will help you set this up.

• How long does it take to prepare a legal document?

  In 10 to 15 minutes, you will go through our full question flow. During this flow, Instaclause asks you targeted questions, after which we select the correct clauses based on your response. Once you have completed the flow, you will receive at least one high-quality legal document within 30 seconds on average. Adapted to the latest legislation and your client's specific needs.

• What legal documents are all in Instaclause?

  Contracts, reports, forms, articles of incorporation, statutes, ...

• Which legal documents have been added most recently?

  We are proud of our existing offering, which is specifically tailored to accountants. That said, we continue to develop new contracts. In recent months, we added the following documents to the portfolio of legal documents: reporting for alarm procedure, freelance agreement, letter of intent and confidentiality agreement.

• Does Instaclause work with templates or models?

  No. Instaclause does not fill in templates or models. With Instaclause, you create customised legal documents. You always go through a unique question flow. Depending on your answer to a question, other questions are subsequently asked and corresponding clauses are inserted. This way, you obtain legal documents that are seamlessly tailored to your situation.

• Are legal documents always up to date?

  Yes. Our team of lawyers continuously updates existing flows to ensure they are up-to-date.

• Can I easily book a demo?

  Yes of course. We are ready to give you a look behind the scenes of our Instaclause software tool. An initial demo is organised online and lasts a maximum of 1 hour. This is an interactive meeting in which we also listen to your questions, needs and wishes.

• Can you involve your customer in completing a flow?

  Yes, users with a Pro package can delegate questions to their customers. The customer only sees the questions selected by the accountant. The customer's answer enters the flow directly, after verification by the accountant.

• Can you unlock a flow?

  Did you fill in a question incorrectly? Is your customer providing you with additional information? Want to refine an answer from your case manager? Instaclause allows you to easily unlock the flow and edit your legal document. Click on the lock in the application and reopen the flow. This way, you can modify your answers and generate a customised legal document.

• Are the generated documents available only once?

  No. Legal documents remain available in our cloud environment. Moreover, you can immediately download each document in a Word or PDF version.

• I want to add something more to the generated document. Can I adjust this?

  Your legal document can be downloaded in a Word version. This means you can make changes afterwards, should you still wish to do so.
